My husband and I have an amazing 10 month old son he is my world! We discussed having one more I want to wait until my son is around 2 to get pregnant. Him and my whole family want to know why I don't want to get pregnant now. My husband works 12 hour days so it's just me and my son he's just starting to walk and gain some independence I think it's mean to not allow time alone with him. Everyone says I'm being selfish and they should be really close in age. Am I wrong? How far apart are your children? Was it harder with two children? A:Two years after you give birth is a great time to be having another kid. It wouldn't be selfish of you to wait a while to have another kid. It would be selfish if you did have another kid 10 months after birth because this is around the time your son began walking and talking and you should spend time with him.
