Was this abandoned baby premature?

I have been caring for this child since she was found at two weeks old. She is now 14m old. I have it seams that everything that i ask could be a sign that she was premature but maybe its a coincidence.
At an estimated three weeks of age she weighed 3.2kg or 7lbs though she was tall. She had started to peel. Her cry barely audible. Now when she falls over so will not cry unless she is very tiered and then its easy to distract her. I know this one isn't related but she also head bangs to sooth herself while trying to sleep. Doctors in this country are not great so please don't suggest i see one, they don't care =(.
