I'm due in June and my plan is to stcok up through out my pregnancy here and there with whatever extra cash I may have left over , on diapers, wipes etc.
What is you opinion on if wipes will stay moist and fresh, they are packaged so I was wondering if you think that they will be fine say 6 mths down the line
Looking for opinions on stocking up baby supplies ? |

A:Packaged wipes are fine, they will last, but consider buying hypoallergenic or totally unscented sensitive skin wipes. You don't know that your baby isnt going to have some supersensitive skin, and fragrances or even the chemicals on normal baby wipes might burn him/her. Same goes for diapers - be careful about stocking up, because you might wind up with the baby who is allergic to diapers and can use only cloth ones.Same goes for formula if you plan on using it - dont stock on up this because you don't know which kind your baby will need. You're better off buying yourself gift certificates with the money you have, so you can use them all later on when you need supplies and the baby is actually here. You can also hand gift certificates to other people to do your shopping for you, because no matter how hard you plan you will inevitably need something that you didn't think you needed.
