I had to have an emergency MRI of my brain last night due to a possible mini stroke, the drs decided it would be best to sedate me since I'm extremely claustrophobic. My daughter will be 3 weeks tomorrow. It's been about 20 hrs since receiving the Valium through IV. I've been pumping and dumping and supplementing with formula. Do you think it's okay to begin nursing again? I've gotten conflicting info, such as the er dr said to pump and dump until mid afternoon/24 hrs while the pediatrician said all would probably be fine if I began nursing after I felt normal. A:Seeing as it was only one dose it's not going to hang around in your system as long as if you were taking it... |

Shes 1 month almost 2 and latley shes been sticking her tounge out a lot. Also shes been drooling a lot and bubbles. I want to know why and if its something to worry. A:It's nothing to worry about at all! It's normal, she just realized she can do it that's all and it's amusing to her. |
Anyone else baby? ever do this? |

Constantly open and close their hand all day? Someone answered neurology problems?? Seriously? Cuz now I'm freaking out A:That someone is just being horrible!
Babies always open and close their hands - they find them fascinating. Eventually they will realise that they can grasp things with it, then throw things with it ... they will realise that they are tasty. It's completely normal! |

Cant get to sleep easily and wake up frequently in the night. Whats wrong? |

It gets really bad when I'm on my period. But it's all the time and I wake up in frequently in the night, due to nightmares or just for random reasons. Sometimes I'm half asleep and I am conscious of doing things like getting up and turning my tv on and knocking things of my bedside table. Its gotten bad. I like my sleep. I have to be careful what I think about before I go to bed. One time i was thinking of breaking dawn the bit where Bella freezes and looks... |
